What is hop water?

Hop water is carbonated water made with real hops and nothing fermented (which means no alcohol). You get the citrus and floral character hops give beer, and some of the bitterness, without the beer itself. Kentucky Hop Water uses Citra and Amarillo hops and limestone-filtered Kentucky water, the same water that built the state's bourbon and beer.
